La Caleta (the coves) is one of the seven beach front homes in the exclusive Pontoquito development, a private collection of thirty lots and homes on a hill side overlooking Banderas Bay. One of thelast private parcels near the Punta Mita resort anchored by the Four Season & St. Regis Hotel. It is close to civilization but still very private.

RATES - 2008-2009 NIGHTLY RATE SCHEDULE (U.S.DOLLARS)
- Winter 1: November 15 – December19, 2008 $ 7,500.
- Winter 2: January 4 – May 10, 2009 $ 7,500.
- Spring / Summer / Fall May 11 – November 14, 2009 $ 6,500
- Holidays 1: December 20 – January 3, 2009 $10,000.
- Holidays 2: December 20 – December 26, 2008 $10,000.
* Minimum stay of 6 nights
* Maximum occupancy = 12 people, including children
 
 
 
DEPOSITS - 50% at time of reservation
- 50% balance – 90 days prior
- 20% security deposit – 90 days prior
 
 
 
CANCELLATION - Excepting the security deposit, all deposits non-refundable
except to the extent the owner receives rental from a replacement guest
for the applicable period.

- The rate includes use of the entire house, six bedrooms and the full-time staff;

All other third party items (massage, phone, dry cleaning, etc.) are charged at cost plus 10%. Car with driver is provided for airport transfers only.
- Rental cars are available at the airport
- This rate schedule is effective as of November 15, 2008 and is subject to
