Stone Contractors Management Division

As you know, Stone Contractors is seeking to take over your building needs with the highest standards of quality, and as follow up on a well born relationship between home owners and builder we want to offer a fine level of care, attention and home maintenance service on a timely basis. To oversee the operation and management of your property we include the following duties:
 
 
DUTIES - Visiting your home to make sure the home is presentable both in cleanliness that
and no maintenance issues have arisen
- To oversee housekeeping as needed and to make sure the home is set up
according to Property Set up list provided
- To check inventory of household goods and supplies regularly so items
can be replaced on time
- To check house ware inventory and make notification if something is missing
or damage
- To check cleaning staff to make sure nothing is missed as outlined on
Cleaning Standards for the home
- To bring all maintenance issues to the attention of the owners, to follow up
on the issues until corrected
- To engage with owners in a professional and customer service oriented manner
- To help arrange client requests as needed and as directed prior to arrival as well
during their stay. Services could include: arranging airport transportation, grocery shopping, flower delivery, tickets, reservations, extra cleaning, etc
- To inspect home thoroughly after an owner has left and to report any damages
- Contracting and supervision of all services (landscape, housekeeping, pool,
and other necessary services)
- Payment of utilities and other houses management bills
- Management of employees and contractors
- Laundry drop off and pick up
- Monthly billing for services rendered
- Payment of utilities and other houses management bills
